Well made heavy duty weight vest . The material w will be able to endure a beating . The Velcro to hold the plates is very strong . I have 25 pound plates in the front and back totaling 50 pounds. No issues of wear and tear. The shoulder padding is very comfortable and the inside on the inner sides of the vest is very comfortable and there are no friction burns on the chest and back because of the padding . The buckle closures on the side are extremely secure and easy to unbuckle after a heavy workout. I personally find this to be better than the Rogue brand vest . Do recommend it.Great value for the price. Highly recommended!!Insanely easy to adjust, fits comfortably, fits plates easily from bk, rogue, and home built. Stop debating, it's worth it
