This is a nice high quality cable system trainer. I take it with me when I travel to hotels. The hotel gyms tend to be too crowded in the early morning hours and I hate waiting for a sweaty machine. The loops on the cables make it so easy and quick to change the position of the handles. It has become a new travel essential on my business trips.The travel bag that came with the trainer is just average. So I use a better bag I have at home. But it will be fine for most people.
