As I'm 5'11" and 218 I went with it. Fit was OK when standing but too snug for sitting, squatting, climbing, bending, etc. I returned them and went with XL which fit much better. I would recommend the large for someone under 200 lbs, maybe even 185. The XL will likely fit me well even if I drop another 15-20 pounds.I ordered up and still small. I’m a 36 and the XL is tighter than I prefer. There is a lot of elasticity it’s just too small. Order up at least one size if not 2!It seems like they are a little small for the size. Light weight and comfortable.Great for leisuring and walking!Very nice design and comfort. Great for running or lounging around. Pockets are good too.
